For sensitive skin

A stinging test allows to establish if a topical product is suitable for sensitive skin individuals.

This test is performed on study subjects pre-selected to be sensitive/reactive to lactic acid.

After steaming the face to open the pores, the technician applies the product on one of the cheeks and nasolabial folds area. The same procedure is repeated on the other side of the face with a reference product.

The study subjects estimate the level of irritation/sensitivity over a period of 5 to 10 minutes.
