FAQ
First, consult the online video for more information.
Who may participate in the studies?
All persons of legal age (over 18) can volunteer. Men, women, students, workers, retirees, self-employed… everyone with good health and availability for the duration of the study can apply. Some studies require representation of the population at large. Other studies may focus on specific segments of the population defined by age group, gender, skin type, etc... The eligibility to participate in a study is therefore determined by the type of study and the related criteria such as skin condition, general health, and cosmetic habits.
Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, however, cannot participate in our studies.
I am under 18 years of age. Is it possible for me to participate in a study?
Yes, you may be able to take part in certain studies. However, it will be necessary to get your parents consent.
How can I participate in a study?
To be considered as participant you must first register with us. Anyone can be registered at Evalulab. The criteria for eligibility (age group, gender, skin conditions, cosmetic habits, etc…) change with each study. When registering, be sure to provide your information as accurately as possible so that we may include you in the appropriate study. If your profile does not match the requirements of the current study(s) we can, with your permission, contact you at a later date for a suitable study.
